if want invest never invest on SDP product. Their staff gets selection ahead of public and at least 5% advantage of any "premium  member". If you own stay, swallow your dignity for launch price or else better just zap sub sales from their staff.

That was my impression also at first. Then we just walked in and saw 6 units left under Type C. Type A and B all sold out. My preference would be type B. Hence a bit nervous in getting slightly more expensive unit.

Update: Signed the S&P and loan for Type C. Fingers crossed!

Don't la, you close I won't get to go back hahaha. But ya, the U-turn is dangerous during traffic hours. The option should be to make those coming up from Federal to only be able to turn post that U-turn, rather than having them trying to wedge 3 lanes to cut into the U-turn area.

Nowdays I just go straight towards USJ and use the backlane through boom city and turn out from Petron instead.

There's hardly any accidents at the roundabout itself, but rather the jam is due to the spillover from entering Federal and idiots who jam up 4 lanes into 2.
