Around 25k for hacking and changing roof.

Having completed the project. If you could turn back time what changes, alteration would you make?

Nothing much I guess, pretty satisfied with the efficiency, quality, and cost. Balanced.

You've got to find the right contractor. Yeap, the cost is around RM150-200 per day depending on the skill and experience level of the workers.
