Part of the screen not responding to touch, Any remedy?

This section of my screen is not responding to touch, i have to lower it down to type and touch. Kinda troublesome to reply messages,
 Already tried 1. Reset the phone press up down vol button and press hold side button 2. Update latest IOS 16.2 Issue still exist. Please let me know other than these before i factory reset it and regret |

iPhone 13 Pro Max? If yes, then you are lucky as it high chance happens when nearly 1 year or when you out of warranty.
