Make sure you reduce sugar intake to prevent your liver from being fatty. Take mineral supplements like iron that aids the liver in producing red blood cells. Make sure you exercise minimum 30 minutes a day be it brisk walking or QiGong and drink at least 8 cups of water a day to stay healthy.
