Maxis Fibre Public IP

Just got my Maxis Fibre 300Mbps installed today and realized that they dont assign Public IPs by default. Called CS and was told that I have to pay RM10 for a public IP. Is this the case for everyone? I googled and for most people saying its free.

well still better than RM 100 one time charge by tnb allo
if it is Rm 10 one time not monthly addon ts could clarify which is the case |

Take note that Maxis Public IPv4 Address have 14 days lease limit, it will DISCONNECTED no matter what when 14 days lease has been reached!
