Bandar Sri Damansara [legit KL poskod and all, but under MBPJ]
 Have variety of landed terraces here, from Single to Double stories, end lots/corner lots. There is also a Terrace/Townhouse concept along Jalan Damar (SD 15). Each housing area here has their own Gated/Guarded community/RA (iirc the subscription is going for roughly RM60/month) The area is serviced with MRT Line via the Sri Damansara Barat (West) station. There is a dedicated rapidKL Bus to serve the community here as well, T106. If you drive, LDP / DUKE / NKVE (PLUS) / MRR2 are within 5-10 minutes drive. Bonus perk - no banjir |
