Same like honda. If is a global recall, the SC will help to change. For servicing though, can only walk in and be at lower priority.

Interesting... is this from a personal experience or hearsay? I believe they are not allowed to service grey imports, and for recalls, they will not have these vehicles' vin codes in the system.

personal. it was an airbag recall. but it was like more than 8 years ago.
