Ayam need insight on something.

1)Has anyone used TM's Business Fibre and has any comments on the outage? do they have frequent outages and downtime.

2)Maxis Fibre Team said we cannot have more than 800Mbps in one location. Why is this? Is this issue only from Maxis ?

bcoz maxis fiber, most area is not their infra, rather lease from TM only.
bcoz of the way greedy TM splice their infra, max support up to 800Mbps only.

personally, i would avoid TM backbone if can.
but for SME, most of the area all monopoly by TM backbone already, so it's actually your only choice even if u went with other provider.
