Currently, seem that most of the prepaid plan only come with 10GB hotspot/tethering quota,
with Unifi mobile degraded from the unlimited hotspot/tethering quota,

anyone know any other prepaid plans that are offering more hotspot/tethering quota?
(more than 30GB is preferred)

so far, the best plan I can find for now is Hotlink Unlimited Plan,
RM40 per month, unlimited hotspot (up to 50GB ,cap by FUP)

I'm also interested.

Currently I'm using Hotlink MU 44GB at RM55 (Hotlink MU may varies depend on users and months), or Unlimited Hotspot 18Mbps at RM60 (Fair Usage Policy limits at 50GB)

but disclaimer, if you use UMI30, so your hotspot will limited to 6Mbps. UMI38 12Mbps.

The hotspot feature is very questionable and grey.

Malaysians telcos are now very good at twisting words.

Hotspot means the SIM must still be inside your phone which you are using with your unlimited plan. If you take it out and insert it into a modem your speed will either get throttled, blocked/banned from connecting or you'll experienced web surfing limitations such as many ports being blocked and inaccessible.

Take for Hotlink Unlimited which claims to be hotspot friendly but when you place the SIM inside a dedicated modem, you can still connect but when the WiFi client tries to use Whatsapp you will experience weird limitations such as unable to upload files and make calls.

Same as topic. Now looking for data sufficient to stream 1080p movie. Is it 6mb speed is enough? Now look at yoodo 6mb unlimited, hotlink 10mb unlimited and tunetalk hi35. Which one is most suite me? For 1080p movie will consume about how much data. Thank in advance

hi op, what did you end up using? i am choosing between digi, yoodo, and hotlink. but 50gb seems not enough. not sure if digi will throttle if put the sim inside 4g modem also.

I got myself digi sim, not try yet, will try in soon

Why not consider high speed uncapped internet from Yoodo for 60GB (RM58), 80GB (RM68) etc..

I need about 100GB a month, high speed not so important for me
6mbps is fast enough for me if stable
