Hello everyone, first time post topic in Lowyat, so not sure here is the correct place to post this topic or not.
I just discover Windows 11 comes with Mobile Hotspot feature.
While I enable this hotspot and my phone connect to it, is that possible that my company's IT can trace my phone's internet activity through this hotspot ? (laptop connected to office wifi)
Thank you in advanced.

Yup, able to trace it because the internet traffic is still going through your office network.

yes
some colleagues in my office, they share a private 4G/LTE sim card router for their private internet usage.
depending on your HR and IT policy too.
