I believe if this happen to you. First thing you will do is polis report.
And then go to social media and tell that you are wrongly accused, that person in the video is not you, etc etc.

There's no point going to social media to do anything because most of the time, it will make the situation worse. First impression sticks in social media. Social media hss probably destroyed his family lives by now. Imagine what his wife and children feeling now?

Secondly, no one knows whether he has gone to lodge a police report or not. Has this case even gone to police in the first place? If it has gone to police, the original poster should update what is happening, right? Why no update on the case if its now a police case?

What is definitely wrong is the doxing especially his wife and children. Its basically trial by social media and actually a form of cyber bullying even if he's found guilty later by the law.

What I am trying to say here is let the law work. The police might not be able to do anything because there are just not enough evidence if its based on the grainy videos. If that is the case, do you think its fair for social media to sentence him guilty without trial? If the police find concrete evidence, then there's no way he can escape the law. Remember our ex PM is also found guilty and in jail. Our legal system might not be perfect but its still working.
