i use the technique that show in the powerball website:
http://www.powerballs.com/faq.php?m=Works&id=18 open both of the screw  aligned with screw holes with the rotor  and open the ball like this..the ball will popup easily  please be careful about how hard you hit the ball!  |

what powerball u use?? i have 5 powerball..all can open easily like this method...dono how other way to open it..u just have to do it at a right angle
