Logic also, but wierd design. Btw, how long does it normally takes for them to respond to the email? Coz emailed since sunday nite until now no response.

When i dropped my powerball there were several dents on the surface of the plastic rim on bother hemisphee's.The replacement parts took bout a week to arrive after i've emailed them and completed filling out the forms.Kudo's to them since all parts are given free(as well as shipping).

bro daijobu, i had a problem with my powerball & they asked me to send back the rotor to them for replacement, from your experience, how much would the shipping cost? is it worth sending it back or should i insist on getting it replaced and not sending back? its troublesome to send back to them sad.gif

i don't think the powerball that u saw is original. basic original powerball price around usd25 ~ rmrm80++. I have one not ori powerball, bought from fitness concept, the curve. if i not mistaken the price below rm40.
back to the question, better buy the original. so much different between ori and non ori. u can read here - http://www.powerballs.com/faq.php?m=Works&id=26
