What do u mean? Its totally buy once and then play all u want. Battle pass cosmetic and small boost during season start oni. U can always ask your friend to help power lvl during early season.

Can confirm it is not. I watch streamer lvl their new character from 1-20 in sub 2 hours. Season boost only help you to speed up your leveling until lvl 20 only. After that, all is square.

Plus, u can always ask ppl for power level. If u participated in previous d3/d2 ladder, you'll know the boost came with this battle pass is a joke.

Edit :- plus, this boost wont matter much when you already at high level in ladder. U can always use your main toon to farm something like legendary gems (gems of ease for example) and then slot it in highest level weapon for your new (2nd) toon to equip at very low lvl and that tremendously help your new toon to lvl up faster.
