Sony WF-1000XM4 Battery replacement, Anyone done this in Sony Service Center?

Hi guys, my WF1000XM4 is draining battery fast, is it hinting that the battery need to be replaced? I have them for about 17 months in use.
Anyone done the battery replacement in Sony before? Wondering how much is the cost and will it damage the IP rating. Thanks. |

Update*** For those who facing power draining issue, please get your unit check at Sony Service Center as Sony is offering FOC replacement to those affected unit, they will check your serial number and also your unit first before proceed to replace the earbuds, if the problem is your charging case then no FOC replacement will be offered. THIS APPLY TO OUT OF WARRANTY UNIT TOO! dpo_99_sl and real_cranium liked this post
