Is this normal? Usually they suspend and I'll pay them later. Today they wrote an email to me threatening to terminate my account after roughly just two months not paying. Never happened before. Are they forcing me to sign another 2 years contract if I wanted to use their services again? Sadly time isn't available around my area bangwall.gif

Im 5 years customer rclxub.gif

Please read back their TnC, you already signed and agreed to pay before it is due and also agree to what they gonna do to you if you fail to comply..

yes, they will terminate your service but still hold you accountable to pay all due amount. if suspended, the amount will keep increasing. if suspended for 1 year, need to pay for 1 year then resume service. when terminated, it will keep until last service. if 2 month due. just need to pay 2 month.

i thought it like maxis, i once suspend the account during working outstation, cs said, max can suspend is 3 months, then need to resume first then can request suspend again. but not charges during the suspension

you already know tm many years back absorbed the debt team from packet one (p1) that infamous for blacklist CTOS defaulted customers

tm has credit limit system of about 2 months billing if no more. (pls ignore the rm500 limit, that actually just one of criteria. just like car warranty, "whichever comes first" also applies here

if tm suspend your unifi after 2 months default, you need to pay up those two months outstanding plus some small reconnection fee (fortunately unlike assterok, no need renew contract)

however if ignore such and left suspended for longer, the outstanding is gonna to be snowballing into huge amount and tm will blacklist/CTOS you eventually as well as some legal action like hiring lawyers for debt collection

just my 2 cents
