really hate the way it redeems the deal... when try to use deal at kiosk, always got problem. then the deal become invalid when you retry again.

The only incentive by using the app, it cut down the waiting time at the queue. Customer can just sit at the table to order and I find it very convenient.

Then you can move on to Huawei, no need complain no MCD app

i cannot pre-prepare the code (as it will expire), i queueing at the drive through line, not sure when my turn, so i dun dare click
when i click it, it cannot load.. then everyone waiting, and cashier also show dulan face.

so i end up no getting any deals..
i see it as a scammer tactic.

Maybe 1 out of 20 deals.

Why redeem at kiosk if you already have the app?

Might as well use mobile order, better offer, no need queue and straight deliver to your table.

It’s a godsend for foreveralone like me, straight go to table then make order instead of after order can’t find a seat.

It's a tactic to cheat you there. And when the deal fail, you will still buy McD anyways (at full price) since most of the time, you are already there and lazy to go elsewhere.

i also not dare to use the deal on app... and no clear instruction on how to use it. worry i accidentally "used" the deal and i cannot use it anymore.

one more issue with the deal is that, once you scanned/entered the code, the deal considers as "used" even though the order is not finalized. so, if you decide to change your mind or some issue with the app, etc then the deal gone dy.

It’s simple, just click it (ADD TO PICKUP ORDER, it can even be dine in) and it will be like other online ordering store, you select your order and then review and pay. You won’t accidentally burn your vouchers before paying.
