Story is like this~
i was riding a motorcycle and suddendly a car come out and bump me...
my Left side Clavicle was break
and my Right side Phalanges 2x got crack after Xray

after operation the doctor put a L bracket to fix back my Clavicle
doctor say the L bracket will be inside my body forever.
now i feel like i cannot lifting heavy thing above my head position.

my expenses in medical card was 20k like that

my lawyer say all max can be claim is just a 48k

the car insurance company just offer me a
rm8000 then i reject... this is the 1st offer!
the my lawyer say will meet then chit chat again.

2nd offer there say can give me a 30k, my lawyer say is reasonble
then i reject again
since my job was need to lift heavy thing,
as a factory worker,
now all these heavy thing, i only can ask my workmate to help lifting.
i was a bit sad this accident was happen to me.

i was told my lawyer u say max is 48k.
then the 3rd offer was 45k, lawyer say is reasonble...
i was not so trust to my own lawyer...

actually i also not sure how much, can i claim from the car insurance company.

just wanna ask anyone got this experince b4, actually what is the amount.

should i ask my lawyer to fight at the court ? or just accept if there offer me 48k,
for suffer for my whole life.
i just 37 years old.

my life is stable i dont need urgent money...
for the case 1 to 2 years i still can wait

hmm rite...
i think i decide to fight at court see how far it can go.
