industry has been "up" now since 2022.. .
Some companies still paying below market rates, hence many seems to be looking out.. including M..E (Johor), some KL based companies..

Oh and Subsea 7 offers are also quite plenty engineers with 8 years and above experience.

Yes, it does. Generally same for many other companies too. The key difference is those holding passport from 1st world country vs. the rest.

Only the green company can respond. Engineers rate from consultants remain the same since 10 years ago.
