It came to my mind that grille ahould be installed first as it is heavy item.. If install later, the installation works might damage other items like kitchen cabinet, wardrobe if the installer is not careful.

Can anyone share their thoughts?

I thought usually grills are last ? lol depending on where you install also. Outside? Inside?

If it does not affect the work area, then it doesnt matter. But normally installer will prefer to do one time job instead of few trips unless price is non issue.

GnG no need grill laa, just install cctv enough..
but if want to install grill, consider to install tint first..

guarded is not safe too if you are in Malaysia... see all the bangla / nepalese / pakistan guard hamsap hamsap... scare also.

unless you stay at tropicana villa with real guard with pump gun or police bantuan

Nothing is safe in Malaysia especially u live in commoner places... Unless your neighbor is someone influence... I mean, got politician or YB house staying then it's safe...

Well, but if door left open and you have valuable items inside.. when contractor goes out for lunch..
nobody stopping other contractor from "helping themselves" eh
