I just sent mine for warranty. After 5 months, the R3 stick already showing signs of stick drift. They weren't very helpful in giving me info about how long the time it may take to process the warranty and whether they are going to repair or replace a new one.

Anybody ever sent their Dualsense to Sony for warranty claim? In your experience, how long it took them to fix it? And do they just repaired the stick or replace the whole unit?

Mine sent to Sony warranty as well. Hope it will be a week too since I only got 1 controller lol

mine R1 started to stick a bit, less than 5 months and I'm not a heavy gamer at all

Mine O button also sticky but managed to fix it by rubbing the edge of the button with a cloth. But now it got drifting problem on the R3 stick. Really disappointed with this Dualsense controller tbh.

Better claim your warranty before it expired.

Sony Service Center in Ipoh last time I claim warranty for Dualsense only 1.5 week they replace 1 to 1. Same with my Dualshock 4 too. As for my PS4 last time they sent it for repair for almost 3 weeks

What was the problem with the ps4? Did they do a good job on the ps4 repair?

Update: Already 1 week plus still no news about my controller. Asked Sony few days ago but they said haven't get anything from sony service centre. Hmm

Waited 3 weeks. Only when i called them 3 times they said ready. No new replacement. Only repair

usually it will take around a week ( working days ) , plus they will replace 1 to 1 if your controller still in warranty , which is a year warranty by sony malaysia
