Every month will have some calls that they charge like kunts, need to call every month and get it removed

Just call them, no way you reached any limits with those calls.

My grandmother on umobile 38 makes 40+ hours of calls a month, since 2018, no charges whatsoever. and before 2022 she was using 2G phone so was roaming on maxis network still umobile disn't say anything
