Anyone here using HSBC HomeSmart for property loan ?

My homesmart account doesn't show the necessary interest rate and monthly repayment amount..
Unlike other banks I know, Maybank, Ambank, PB, etc.

Why is this happening? I even contact their customer services multiple times but no avail.
They simply not giving any solution, asking me to check with the hardcopy "agreement" that I signed few years ago...

I need the interest rate and monthly repayment and other details to be shown. Anyone got any idea how to ?

I have 2 homeloan account under HSBC. Yes indeed, it’s annoying considering that my other home loan accs (PBB and MBB) show it readily online.
I called the customer service, home mortgage section and they are always able to tell me my current interest rate (just need to hold the line for couple mins while they were checking).

I had provided my feedback years ago, several times but till now it’s still missing the critical info on interest rate.

Refinance it to other bank.

Recently refinanced property loan to HomeSmart. Instalment amount can be found at monthly e-statement.
