First you need to sign booking form and place an earnest deposit to the lawyer (normally 3%). The lawyer will then proceed to prepare SPA agreement. You will normally need to pay the remaining 7% (that constitutes 10% of downpayment) together with the mot and legal fee once you sign the SPA.

In the event the buyer decided not to proceed for whatever reasons, the downpayment is not refundable. Balance will be after signing and stamping of SnP. Loan Agreement lawyer fess is different scope of work. |
