I'm looking to buy new project landed property with easy access to KL.. max distance 45km. Working in dutamas area. Is it possible to find with Price less 600k? Honestly tired and overwhelmed by ads in social media agents never put location properly. Considered cybersouth area but open to see other areas as well.. thanks.

If you dun mind subsales, got a lot of <600k in Klang Valley, since you are working in Dutamas, can look at subsales in Kepong

Why not considering the north part ie rawang, kuang etc?
Just randomly quote land M-resi(me not an agent nor promoting)
M-resi to dutamas around 30km
M-resi to klcc around 40km

I've checked before rawang, sg buloh new project but I don't like the vibe of the existing town there despite the location is nearer to KL. I did consider a newly built township but usually the price is crazy expensive for landed. Btw M-resi is condo?

45km is quite a range.. for landed below 600k..
u can consider Bandar Tasik Puteri.. last i check they still have unsold unit double storey in that price range..
other is Puncak Alam.. there got few new landed township below 600k..

plus easy access to PLUS thru Latar highway..

then what you are asking is impossible. Most new landed projects are at these areas within your RM range. and puncak alam too

Travel 45km everyday?

Think twice, 100% confirm you will regret in long run.

Look for subsale within the city. kepong , sentul ,setapak.

Cybersouth as in dengkil? Why not landed subsale at your 600k budget, KV POT to dutamas. any reason?

Where can find 600k landed in kepong usually the house is pretty much run down and outdated already need to fully demolish n rebuild.

Only certain place like taman ehsan desa jaya there still got lah but choice is limited house condition still ok but need fork out abit to re-do, all electricals, sewage piping, and water piping ..

Already survey.. around subang area 600k very dilapidated small and also need to ready 10% cash.. KL area landed 600k gonna need major renovation or in pretty shody neighborhood and small size..property price nowadays so crazy. Currently staying in high rise, not my cup of tea for long term stay. Btw whats [KV POT]?

can try North KL like rawang, bt beruntung or sendayan. cheaper. MS got projects there. abt 500k++ for landed LH. else will be subsales.
semenyih subsales still can get initial price but 600k++

lets see if the gomen will remove part of the petrol subsidy after july. even at RM2.50 per liter, life is badly impacted if need to travel 40km one way...

all the ulu townships have such vibe... lol... takkan you expect them to look like matured township tongue.gif tongue.gif working in dutamas, staying at northern surrounding is your best choice dy... elmina, puncak alam, saujana utama, rawang, sg buloh and etc... and bear in mind is your dutamas job forever? what if you change job to southern part? lol
