Parquet is those small size one right? Those that will come off after long time..

Mine are timber flooring like this

Looks like solid Oak timber flooring. If no oxidation or liquid damage, no need to do heavy sanding. Just light buffing with new matte coating will do.

Also, is the house occupied? If so, u will need a dust-free solution. Most contractors here used traditional dust everywhere system. After sanding, u may need a professional cleaner to clean everything.

Not occupied, just finish renovation soon.. no oxidation or liquid damage but some area the color faded bcoz of prolong sun exposure... Any good company to recommend?

it shouldn't be polish. it should be (light) sanding + coating.
