mobile data will not and never supports port forward, try using vpn that offers port forward if you need port forwarding on telco mobile data.found some reddit posts that says they're lagging with the game as well, mainly is because your opponent is having bad internet connection, game steps down your good internet to the opponent's bad internet, can't really blame internet here, could be opponent's side issue.
