Anyway, to start off I actually started my lose weight journal around Mid April. It continued till now...
Before stats:
Weight: 104kg
Height: 175cm
Waist line: 41"
Current stats:
Weight: 81kg
Height 175cm
Waist line: 34"
I've been doing jogging which was my primary workout in the past five months.
Goals:
1) Reach 75kg (End of November)
2) Waist Line: 30-31"
3) Gain muscle (chest, six packs!? arms etc)
Excuse me that I may sound little new and noob here. Please guide me.
My diets:
Breakfast:
1) 2-3 Eggs + Low Fat Milk + Oatmeal
2) Low Fat Milk + Oatmeal
3) High Grain Bread + Tuna
Lunch:
1) Economic rice (3 vege) no rice
2) Economic rice (2 vege + 1 meat) no rice
(I've stopped eating rice for the past three weeks, previously I only had half bowl of rice everyday)
Teabreak/Preworkout:
1) 2 Eggs + Low Fat Milk
2) Oatmeal + Low Fat Milk
3) Chicken Pie (sometimes)
Dinner:
1) Coffee + Biscuits + Apple
2) Oatmeal + Low Fat Milk + Apple
Anyone mind to comment on my diet? Is biscuits good? I do grab something to eat sometimes be it fruits or anything haha!
My workout:
Currently I follow closely to the workout at www.iwantsixpackabs.com
So,
Monday - Resistance training + HIIT (after training)
Tuesday - HIIT Training
Wednesday - Resistance Training + HIIT (after training)
Thursday - HIIT Training
Friday - Resistrance Training + HIIT (after training)
Saturday - HIIT Training
Sunday - Rest/Jogging
Equipment I've:
A set of 10kg dumbbell
A set of Hard Elastic bands.
Basically the Resistance training include chest, legs, arms, abs workout... As I've lost 23kg in just 5 months without doing any weights, it seems to me that my whole body is kind of flabby.. especially the tummy area..
