Are most interviews still being done online or physically? Or is it a combination of both?
To those who are going for Interviews ?

Still online in my experience. Have gone through about 4 interviews for the past few months.
casual phone call interview from HR -> actual Google Meets/Zoom interview |

I haven't conducted a single physical interview this year! Completed almost 36 interviews and all of them virtual.

Most OZ companies I interviewed with are online, but thatโs because its easier given the distance
Even in my past role in SG, the interviews were online |

It depands on what department, I went to the same company for 2 different position - 1 physical and 1 online interview) |

Went through around 10+ interviews (2 firms have 4rounds iv that's why) this year, professional services firms are online, e-commerce and manufacturing final round physical
