first of all, wrong place to ask...
u can use oil base paint but not normal thinner coz those will eat the plastic..
for stickers, usually is the last second step before u apply topcoat(if u want)..
lining gundam marker are the normal ones, price from RM8-10. BTS got sell them.. =)

MG gundams got worth RM200 but only few models not all... so depends which one u're getting...

For lining, the lining pen is only RM8-10. hmm.gif
