I am suffers from Eye floaters issue since last 3 years. Before this I am able to track and smack flies, mosquito whenever they came into my house, but now I can't.

Sightseeing scenery with clear sky spoilt my mood.
Watching 4K like not 4K quality at all. sad.gif

When I am typing this on a average bright screen, I am seeing like 40% of various shapes and sizes floaters.

I searched around the net and found that there's treatment for eye floaters..

But not so sure about the cost and the risk of it, will the treatment blind my eyes or something if a slight mistake done by the surgeon?

Please share your experience below, thank you.

The surgery is very fast, not even 10 min the surgery done and you can walk home.

Roughly, 5k to 7k... is better to consult with the doctor.
yes, charge per eyes sight. because you only can perform one eye per treatment and come back another 2 week for another.

There are many specialist in penang like Optimax, Isec, VISTA Eye specialist. But all are super pack with customers.

Please be careful of using the laser to remove floaters. My mum now is partially blind. The scarring effect only comes very much later.
After the laser, everything was fine and ok. So, you would know of any scarring happening. Only when much later you will find out.

Can try to talk to this opthalmologist from MSU Medical Center https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-AmIj33oqMA.

There is also a less invasive and safer method currently being tested, check out low-dose atropine eye drops for the treatment of eye floaters.

Hi, just go check TS.

I got sometimes eye floaters before. But, upgraded when migraines = eyes got red.

Go to specialist. They found out that I got retinal detachment. So need surgery. If not, blind one eye. If early stage just minor laser.

ANother friend got retinal detachment, but he do boxing. So, due to physical contact sports.

Yes, an increase in floaters and dark spots can be warning signs of ophthalmology problems and should be seen as soon as possible if they occur suddenly.

Like floaters, a retinal tear or detachment can cause symptoms similar to floaters. In order to rule out retinal issues, your eye doctor will perform an optos fundus screening and an OCT examination.
