Anyone know what is the maximum limit in width and height of the boundary wall of the car porch that can be built?
Can it be extend until the gate area?

if stratified building u have to refer to your JMB/management. if non-stratified, max. height is 5', the width is up to you as long within your property boundary

You wont go wrong if follow the original fencing measurement.

If the previous owner deviate from it, then follow one of those neighbours original fencing.
