 Where to find TnG receipt?, From the cards, not the pay direct.

I used my TnG card to pay for parking and would like to get the receipts. I check the TnG portal but the stupid transaction side doesn’t even update. It says the last transaction was like in March 2022, which of course doesn’t make sense cause I do reload the car and use them sometimes.

So where can I find the transactions ah?

If your card is linked to the TnG e-wallet app, the transactions should be there

Link your card in app

In TnG e-wallet app
-press TNG Card
-after you link your card, see Transaction History, press See All
-there's two column, eWallet / Card
-press Card
-all your card transactions is shown here
-see top right, press Email
-select Start/End Date
-press SUBMIT

Shows until March 2022 Transactions only. Wow weird!!!

Even the amount of the card is not accurate.

No nothing gets updated. The last transaction is March and even the current amount in my card is not accurate.

i find TnG very confusing with their transaction report..
from the web portal i can see a parking transaction which i couldn't locate from the app (both card and overall transaction records.)

there's no 1 source of consolidated transaction report ke?
