Where to find TnG receipt?, From the cards, not the pay direct.

I used my TnG card to pay for parking and would like to get the receipts. I check the TnG portal but the stupid transaction side doesn’t even update. It says the last transaction was like in March 2022, which of course doesn’t make sense cause I do reload the car and use them sometimes.
So where can I find the transactions ah? |

If your card is linked to the TnG e-wallet app, the transactions should be there

Link your card in app
In TnG e-wallet app -press TNG Card -after you link your card, see Transaction History, press See All -there's two column, eWallet / Card -press Card -all your card transactions is shown here -see top right, press Email -select Start/End Date -press SUBMIT |

No nothing gets updated. The last transaction is March and even the current amount in my card is not accurate.

i find TnG very confusing with their transaction report..
from the web portal i can see a parking transaction which i couldn't locate from the app (both card and overall transaction records.) there's no 1 source of consolidated transaction report ke? |
