did anyone successfully replaced the battery in this manner and got it to work ? look like involving too much trial and error for something that you can buy new again for RM2xx. It is sad that that damn battery only last 1 year plus and I have used it like two or three times per month.

Anyone know what the problem, the voltage drop almost to zero when connect the load. Suspect the BMS problem, individual battery working fine when connect the load.
