whatsapp message not deliver to iphone

Recent whatsapp messages doesnt deliver to my iphone until i open up the app, the sender will only see a single tick only, any idea how to resolve it?
i have tried following steps but cant resolve also: - reset network setting - reset all setting - ensure background app refresh is turn on - all notifications are turn on Appreciate your all help. |
