I only found out there's a feature called the PayDirect.
Is it applicable for all tolls in Malaysia? Is the features support for both conventional and NFC TnG cards? Does it means as long as my TnG card has insufficient balance, enable the PayDirect feature, the balance will be deducted from the eWallet?

Yes i use it within klang valley. 2 cards are tied to it. One with rm 1 another rm 50+. I take it for granted it will do paydirect and minus from my phone. Got 1 time i drive to Klang, entry use rm1 card. Exit use RM 1 card take lepas. I switch to rm50 card to exit. Niama ccbknn cipet that night i got msg my rm50 card bekam rm0.

I damn pissed off i call tng they say oh cannot detect entry of my rm50. Appeal also kena ignore. My rm50 fly just like taht

Those toll not paydirect, you cannot use different card on out, maximum charge

I always use paydirect for short single entry toll. But the thing sometimes can be buggy.

One time it forgot to charge my wallet balance and just let me pass. Next week, my wallet got negative balance, they ask me to top up to pay the toll.

Yr own fault ....... Go tng counter complain can get back one.

All my card has paydirect enabled

Lag... Mine also sometimes gila2.. 1-2 days late.

Last week all my toll charges deduct from card instead of ewallet.

kena once. hate it so i disable from app (original allow)

That is user problem
PLUS highway no support paydirect
2 card he save on app, but since toll not support, will use card balance
Use card A in, but no credit he use card B out, since toll system no card B data on in point, auto maximum charge

Basically it's simple
When u use a highway that supports paydirect
They will deduct your e-wallet instead of the card

The NFC card exist only because PLUS highway don't wanna support paydirect

PayDirect works for some shopping centre parking as well

it's is only applicable for open-entry tolls; fixed-fare ones.

closed-entry tolls like PLUS (where you have entry toll and exit toll and fare amount differs between the combination) does not support paydirect.

if you enabled paydirect in ewallet - by default it is -, it will attempt to deduct from your ewallet linked to the touchngo card first, and on failure to do so it will attempt to deduct from that very card.

good system nevertheless, but its half baked just like every payment method set by our toll operator.

Guys, is it just me, I have failed myrids of time to procure a NFC card through TnG apps but to no avail, redirected to lapsada each time citing sold out.
Guys, is there an easier channel to buy it?
