So I have a question about Bank of China (Malaysia) Great Wall Prepaid Card.

1. Can I use that card for Alipay and WeChat Pay? I mean, link Great Wall Prepaid Card into Alipay and WeChat Pay, especially the ones with Yuan currency (dragon ones) for pay the Bilibili, Weibo or youku subscriptions in proper subscription fee.

2. Is it possible to top up Great Wall Prepaid Card using other bank transfer (Duitnow transfer/Interbank GIRO)? I saw that on terms and conditions but I'm not sure if it was true or not.

3. If I'm using yuan currency version of that prepaid card (dragon ones) to pay streaming services from China in yuan currency, will it charge extra currency conversion fee? Any ideas?

I had to get those questions answered before I want to apply for it because I have Alipay but when using my current debit card on Alipay not all merchants online can accept my current debit card through Alipay (it shows International Card not accepted on merchants through alipay).

1) You cannot use this card for online payments, it cannot be linked to China's Alipay or WeChat Pay

2) To reload this card, you will have to go to the physical branches and bring Ringgit to be converted to Chinese Yuan (CNY), not sure if this is the case if you have the CNY Current Account from Bank of China Malaysia

3) If you have the CNY Card and if you pay in CNY, there are no DCC fees or processing fees, its one to one

I used it to pay at physical outlets in China.

recently apply 易钱宝 thru BOC app, apply thru app instant get it with a Unionpay Virtual Debit Card, and with unionpay QR which can use either on unionpay Int & China. quite convenient. can top up by using duitnow transfer.

but FYI, none of these card can link to Alipay/Wechat China, as they require card that published by CHINA BANK only.
