I share with you my past experience too when I was younger more than 15 years back.

My past was very similar to you. Always very troubled, so many hardships faced. Then one day a group of friends lured me into attending some megachurch. They offered me all kinds of rewards and told me that my destiny was fated to be blessed by God. The kind of prosperity gospel they preached. Soon prominent figures came to offer me jobs/opportunities, offered me to test drive their luxurious cars and told me their extravagant lives was also bestowed to me if I joined them. It was so tempting but luckily humility, sanity and wisdom pulled me back from falling into the trap of bondages and oaths. They started giving me all the cold treatment and ignored me after that. Some of them not too happy about my decision gave me hell at work and spread hate all over my workplace, my circle of friends, my relatives and all over my life existence trying to make me look like a delinquent or problematic individual /mental case.

Learn to move on in life, get out of the current toxic place where you are, seek simplicity and be thankful of your life which God gave you. It might not be significant for you to feel meaningful but you will soon leave all the bad past and forgive that held you in the past. Do not let the past drag you moving forward.

Remember also this advise, the more knowledge gain the more sorrowful you'd become. That's why Jesus like children and everyone which thinks simple minded like them.

For centuries religion has always been part of government/politicians/elites/rich covert to control the masses. Not to say all but majority of them are coverts. It has been for centuries even as far as ancient Greek and Roman times.
I'm not saying all governments are involved but you have powerful establishments of influential/affluent people/families which control significant portions of a place's economy/monopoly will also wants to get their hand into religion.

It's all about society control of the masses.

They'd lure you into their group using baits and bribes like job opportunities, wealth, awards, worldly materials and fame. That's just the beginning.

The problem occurs later in your life when you discover of your manipulation and want out. That is when you start to become a Targeted Individual(TI) by the organization/powerful establishment. That's when the problem STARTS. Secret societies/cults don't like whistleblowers/ex-members going out exposing them. They'll seek to end your existence or destroy your life through powerful connections/influence. I pray that you do not fall into this bondage and seek a simple/humble life of fulfillment. Do not envy others and be thankful to God for being alive and free from debt when you wake up from bed daily.

Yes, mitigate. You can't really stop a legion of sociopaths/psychopaths who are convince to eliminate you in their circle/club when you want out. That is the nature of herd mentality of humans. That' is how cults, secret societies and the underground works. Not just religion but also in gangsterism brotherhood as such.

Once you're a caste away in your town/current place, the establishment/members/cults will be reminded about you from generation after generation through gossips, talks and rumors about you. From the workplace, to your church, to your neighbors, public everywhere. Worst is that you're placed under medication which you've mentioned earlier. Most will not trust you once they are aware that you're under medication.

But don't blame your parents who brought you to this life. They're your closest trusted ones which wants everything good for their child. My best advise to you is to start a new life outside this troubled place which you're currently based.
Wherever you go and whatever you do live a simple and debt free life. Don't make your life complicated or seek high ambitions. For such saying by King Solomon says everything in the material world is VANITY.

There are many of the richest people who fell in their life and discovered the true meaning of life. They repented or chose to live their lives in solidarity as monks instead of getting continually tortured by materialism/struggles/competition in life.

The traits of all cults and secret societies are similar. To expand and to spread their influences. The more on their side the more powerful their sect will be.

What do they want in return from you? The same as how they recruited you to help them in recruiting others youths and potential targets in future. Be warned however that there is only one way in and no way out once you get committed.  For their policy is only a dead man can keep secrets meaning they'll make you a "Targeted Individual" for character assassination.

When you want out in future or you realize about your manipulation wanting to repent it is often too late and is almost impossible to reverse things.
Don't get obsessed about finding a soul mate that much let fate does its course. King Solomon had around 700 wives and it destroyed his life entirely until he repented towards his last days. Despite scoring that much with women he regretted entirely at the end of his life.

Also my brother in faith and friend, do away your thoughts about taking your own life. There is so much more things to look forward to in life than to end it meaninglessly without putting in your full effort in life to achieve your dreams. It's like dying the coward way for taking short cuts before doing your best aimlessly. When you feel like you're doing your best but not getting anywhere please look elsewhere or try something different. Do not lament on your pass or failures because it's one way God is telling you that the current things you're doing is not suitable for you.

Try something different, look elsewhere, seek people who can talk your lingo and have similar mindset as you.

This will be my FINAL reply here in this topic and I hope you will seek the peace and answers after this.

There are 3 solutions I can suggest to you from the least intrusive to the most extreme.

1) Sought a company or group of friends outside your current cult/secret society who has similar experience or also victims of your kind. Build influence and support but always be careful of imposters from your cult who will betray you further down the line, they'll send pretenders to talk nice and get you to reveal so that they can double cross you. Always observe attentively of signs for a mole, offers to give you free meals, you very nice initially, try to relate with your problem but act weird, etc. Be vigilant.
Make as much friends outside or non members of your church who can relate or are in similar personal problems like you.

2) Move far away and to an unknown environment with no members from your cult/church.
Start a new life and make new group of friends around your age and interests. Do not get involved in religion anymore.

3) This is the most RADICAL and EXTREME option. Consider converting your FAITH/RELIGION
Since the beginning of time, humans are ADAPTABLE, SLICK and RELATE to OTHERS who can help them. Your enemy's enemy is your best friend.
We only require religion as a guidance in life. Don't let them threaten you about HELL and ETERNAL damnation. So the human has to be flexible to counter threats and get out of bondages.
By changing religion and converting to another FAITH, you will GAIN protection against your CULT, gain new opportunities to your career/life/friends, access to girls which you weren't able to mix with previously.
Only take this route as last resort.

Not scriptural imo. The fella maybe trolling for all we know, thinking it's fun to "kacau" Christians if I type in some bible jargon, put in a few fears and there it may trigger getting some people worried. I can smell a troll miles away.

Salvation is for all, not just for Jews. When a person is born again, his spirit is washed cleaned. DNA not relevant. God looks at the faith of the believer and the heart as well as the spirit of the person, not DNA.

The idea of Church institution or organization is from Christ himself. So are the ordinances of the 5 fold ministries.....Pastor, deacons, etc. It is not Man's idea.

God is the one who ordains preachers to preach.

Religion may be a problem but to me it's part and parcel of building any institution because we are all still human. Until Christ becomes the rightful ruler on earth we will always have some flaws in our institution. As long as it does not violate bible truths, I'm fine with it.
