no 3ROD yet but console kept hang with checker box all over the screen , sometimes hang with those buzzing sound / tearing screen
after reset can play for 5 min then same thing happen . if play XBLA np but insert anty game disc sure hang before i can start .today is the 6th day liao. 3ROD coming for raya time?

nearly 1 year liao , i bought in sg last xmas hehe but seldom play onli , cilakak just bought bioshock and halo 3 this morning , when on the stupid box in the afternoon , this came out

after 4months standing my box is dead

I don't think there is any difference between vertical and horizontal... mine was put horizontal and was dead less than three months... time for x-clamp dude, or if you are near to SG, just claim warranty there.

mine also, same simtom as yours, and suddenly got 3rol last friday... now already in kedai... hopefully before raye can get back...

yeah i think no diff also my xbox temp pretty cool most of the time , even the powerbrick also cool , coz my aircon blowing from top
my unit still under warranty , lucky for me every month go there once for work if not gotta do x-clamp liao , anyhow will onli get replacement unit on 22nd Oct

my box also got hit with the 3ROD just now.. the symptoms are the same as urs.. keep on hanging

man, no ventilation behind, even if ur using air-cond. Hot air circulates behind there, trap and now where to go.

And u should not put the brick beside the 360 coz hot air is coming out from the brick. I put mine near the sliding door where hot air will dissipate outside. My fren has his 360 for nearly 1 year and a half, but no 3rod symptoms. No air-cond summore. Use fan only.

u okay lar nearly 1 year, mine not more than 6 months got 2 3ROD.
2 weeks after X-clamp it showed up again.

when i got back from KL buying DiRT. that happens.

its how you turned off ur xbox is a factor.
keep ur xbox on standby and do not immediately
turn off the sockets after you shut it down.

hehe..nah lagu kang ko lai..time release tension repair xbox boleh dengar..
