Hopefully Gundam 00 turn out good, there is some logic behind why exia can pawn those MS, but wonder why the last two ms in episode two which was running toward Exia dont fire there gun while getting close. Virtue is thickly armor, could that be the reason why those ms on that ship cant kill Virtue?

They see Exia using melee weapons against them, so they think it would be cool to pwn back Exia using melee I guess

but as i see it,G00 will be just like those GODLIKE gundam series where they whack minions mecha like piece of cake ..heck,even the minions looks like piece of scrap metal,thus making the tough gundams look tougher ...i rather sit on my couch watching old series gundam back like 8th MS Team...

Actually "I have control" is correct grammatically (why u think its bad english?) and its an actual term in aircraft piloting to confirm that you have control of the plane after disengaging auto-pilot. In Kyrios, its to confirm that Allelujah has control over the linear catapult to launch. Allelujah talks to Kyrios just like Rei Fukai talks to Yukikaze....omg another weirdo. And ironically in Yukikaze there's always "I have control" being said as well.


The idea is to make the world have a common enemy so they will band together against it. That's why they attack both sides of Sri Lanka to make sure the Tamil Tigers and Sinhala will unite to fight the common enemy, Celestial Being, the necessary pain to revolutionise the world. But if this is their intent, i'd think that the "peace" will only remain as long as Celestial Being doesn't get defeated by the united world. I can't see how they can keep up being public enemy of the world no. 1 and not get destroyed in the process.

Because those 2 MS were Tamil Tiger forces. Since Exia when and rape Human Revolution League force so they "assumed" Exia was their allied. So while HRL retreated the remain Tamil Tiger wanted to chase them.

For Virtue its simple. Those Tieren are pratically firing balistic rounds which pretty much do nothing against those OMFG GUNDAMRIUM ALLOY ARMOR.

OZ pwned GW by using politics. They offered olive branches to the colonies and turned them against the gundams, which were supposed to represent spacenoids in rebelling against the earth based forces esp the OZ. That was the best part of GW, where politics played a bigger role than bigass guns.

At the way things are going, 00's story might be similar but that might not be a bad thing at all (depending on how the story is told). Don't forget most UC series had a similar backbone story and yet most of them were well received due to great character development and interesting background story.

Dont give up so soon.. Watch atleast 10episode first.. Its to early to truly evaluate this anime. Well who knows things might change.

If the story is just started and the Gundams were already powerful, this will mean that that there will be strong enemies coming later (like in GW, where the first 5 Gundams only superior at first). And also, let just hope that the enemies will not produce Gundam also (hence, there will be no case of "only a Gundam can destroy a Gundam").

Maybe the common masked person haven't made an appearance yet. Anyway, another common thing sure is Haro. LEt's see what Union Flag unit can do, or else have to wait until the all the forces get an upgrade.

The gundam that showed up in episode 1 will definately be "TYPE-ZERO" or a prototype unit that can end the world or something ala EVA-01.
