Bug Report topic tag when doing new topic, should be a bug

1. start a new topic
2. select one of the item inside the topic tag. 3. click preview post 4. would notice the topic tag doesn't remember what we selected just now. using opera here. |

Firefox also the same, I think it applies to all Internet browsers.
