Used Breastpump, what to do with it?

Do you usually sell them off? or donate to friends/relatives if you know you're not gonna use it again?
coz am wondering if its 'hygiene' to do so or not, eventhough it could be washed etc... kinda like selling used underwear considering breast milk is also bodily liquid? throwing away seems wasteful. thanks for any input |

may i know what brand is it? if u dont mind i can check with my friend as she is currently expecting and looking for breast pump too, would be great if she is able to have it
