Dear all,

For those who have experience in UMSC/ Gleneagles, would be great if you could share some insights regarding the facilities, ward, operation theatre etc.

The quotes obtained from both hospitals for a surgery are similar.

For those who have done operation in UMSC, any issue? I read from online review that certain facilities are not available in UMSC and had to be done in UMMC instead...

I would be grateful if you could PM too if that is more suitable.

It would depend on the type of surgery.

Some machinery and equipment are indeed shared with UMMC, there are times these machinery might be down for repairs and it can be for an extended period of time too as UMMC equipment servicing requires the usual tenders etc.

That aside, UMSC has way better doctors and specialist so that's something to consider as well.
