For the asset investment, there is S&P to be signed off by both parties. Loan processing through the banks. For this asset investment, quite a big amount (just like housing loan), so i did not take up. I am still sceptical actually. Attend the talk/presentation few times, i wasnt quite impressed tbh. The vibe is macam skim cepat kaya, siapa cepat dia dapat. But surprisingly, even a top insurance agent (quite high ranking) also joined and manage to pull their client to join in. It seems very promising. But again, i am scared to put in large amount of fund.

I think, some would also keen to know what that company invested in with the money. As the more than 36% pa returns  is very high. They maybe doubt the sustainability of the payout.

Is there documented evidence that that product is really from Yong Tai Berhad?
That company that offer that scheme may just be a subsidary. Thus not much direct legal implications to YongTai Berhad if a subsidiary were to close down.

Did Yong Tai Berhad sign any documents directly with YOU?

If your agreement are made with that subsidary or your payment are made to that subsidary....Go chase after the subsidary, not Yong Tai Berhad.

What i could share is there are 3 types of investment plan offer from abs. I would say the one i invested in, i find it the safest, one year locking period despite the odd-vibe during the sharing session. Janji profit 😆
Not gonna share any further as some negative minded would assume im the sales agent, conman, scammer, blah blah.
I am gonna wait for one year to get back my fund and my monthly profit.

Good luck... to make real money you need to find "more referrals" or else your capital is a goner unless then scheme last >2 years

Scam is for sure with lots of red flags.
But you can make money if you play the right game by getting more people to join i.e. feed the ponzi hahahaha

If you feed and exit early and not to greedy yes
