Saw this on xiaohongshu. Obviously too good to be true.
I personally am sceptical about this sort of investment schemes.

High returns. No risk. Got legal docs bla bla bla.
Just their methods to siphon more investors’ money.

Anyone who knows anything about this please share and keep us all alert.

The amount of ppl asking for more information on xiaohongshu baffles me. I can’t believe ppl are falling for this. But I can’t seem to find any information about this on the internet. So it’s probably still a new thing. We shall see how it all ends.

Eh, teach us how to generate such good return when nearly the entire 2022 is bear market leh. The monthly returns langsung no correlation with other markets pun.

As per my understanding, the money you invest are supposed to get you a property. They have lawyer and legal documents for you to keep. Hence the name - Asset-backed solutions. And then they give you high return. I guess their selling point is, in case they run away, you've property in hand which you can sell. Sounds too good to be true. You get property and investment return at one go. Where got such thing 1. Even got bankers to apply loan for you. Like a super well-established investment company.

Anyone who knows anything about this kindly enlighten me. I am sure many are eager to know more about this

ABS here macam doesn't refer to the usual ABS we know, it's the company's name. They come off like realty company with agents posing with cars on xiaohongshu.

Must be those property quietly defaulted which they are transferring to new guinea pigs which be stuck when trying to dispose it

Asset based solution (company's name) is NOT asset based Securities (products) that is under the purview of SC.
In that case, it may not be actually operating under asset based securities requirements of the SC.
Perhaps trying to fool people. Just proven I got fooled too.

Perhaps a new spin off of the previous "cash fund" products being offered by the Trust companies....where it was said to be asset based investment too. (Asset does not meant only properties).
Now maybe because of actions taken by the authorities on the offering of those "cash fund" after some press highlights, they changed to avoid the direct mention of cash fund like investment.
