Hi all,

would love to get your input on recommended powerbank for iphone. The powerbank need to have magsafe, usb port and c port. Reason why i need powerbank is sometime my work bring me in remote jungle up to late evening. So far my phone survive the time, mostly left about 20% battery, but just to be safe.

Thanks in advance.

been using expensive & value power bank. wireless etc.

Magsafe power bank is a no. u will waste more energy. means ur powerbank capacity will drain faster while ur phone only charge a little.

My recommendation is Xiaomi Compact Power Bank 22.5W 10kmah. Cost effective. Value:performance. others just waste of money IMO

I'm currently using Baseus 20W wireless charger, only got one USB C port. It's about SGD40 on shopee Singapore.
Otherwise, get the Apple magsafe charger, but it charges at 7.5W if I'm not mistaken, and it's extremely expensive.

Can try Anker Magnetic Battery (MagGo), with usb-c port.
Charge wirelessly (7.5w) or cable.

2models, 5k or 10k. Price on a high side but quality is good

If masuk jungle can consider solar panel too as emergency power source.

If you have office in jungle can also put a power station there.

For high quality 3rd party accessories like power bank I only trust anker.

I have 1 anker power bank and 1 car port fast charger and both have serve me well fore more than 1 year smile.gif

Just get the usual power bank that runs with a connected Lightning cable, this is the best bet to ensure a good and steady charge for your phone…

I used the wireless types before and while it beats having to carry a cable with you, the phone tends to heat up faster… And results iin a maximum of 80% since iOS will cut the charge due to the hot phone!

I like Yoobao. Since original iPhone, I’ve bought total 2 powerbanks of this brand. First one died in 2017. USB port rosak, now just use as flashlight. Currently on the 2nd one.

Magsafe is a bit waste of energy, if you do have energy concerns, do go for USB-C. Now I use my macbook air as powerbank, didn't need an external one.

Yeap.

My anker powerbank have all the spec ts expected.

Magsafe was pretty much underwhelmed. It took ages to charge and i personally feel the efficiency is way out. My powerbank power wasted more charging on magsafe.

I much rather bring wire charging tucked inside my anker powerbank bag accessory. Faster charging that way.

also, try to use short USBC-lightning cable, if can.

The longer the cable, the higher resistancy.

I used two Xiaomi power banks already, it breaks within 2 years of use. I thought of changing brand. Is Anker really that good?

So far I am using this rock powerbank quite good. Small and easy to carry.
The wireless charge will not overheat my phone temp which stop the charging entirely.
I mainly use a cable to charge my iphone, airpod and apple watch.
If I forget to bring my cable I still can charge wirelessly.
Is also true 10k mah.
