Still got land meh BBT 1? look at the website location isnt this plot of land already have existing shoplots? or is at the 2 plot of padang beside the street food(Selling cendol & rojak)?

There are many EMPTY mixed development projects in Bukit Tinggi Klang. Still want to build the same thing again?

This one should be beside phase 1 shops which is lousy compare to those beside phase 2 shops.

Hearsay trio progress very slow can see some owner complain on their google review. Hope this BT district is better. Housing shortage in south klang is very bad.

1st time heard this kind of comment lol..normally is overhang too much supply too much.

btw you mean beside phase 1 shop, is it the padang beside phase 1 shops? because i really dun see any other place have plot of land for development.

Trio if fully furnish got high demand.
If like developer unit means bare unit not sure about the demand.

Lousy part of matured township. Phase 1 shops of Bukit Tinggi 1 is dead because of the major mistake w** developer made last time. Phase 2 and 3 sibeh ong

Ya the phase 1 shop lot lj maintenance despite facing big main road.. shud cut down all the fking tree which is house to all pigeon and crows.. smelly like fk.

My car also stink after parking there..
Raze kao all the tree and make the area cleaner la MPK.. dunno how to upgrade but want to have city status for wad

Problem is nothing to do with the trees. It's all about the residents in the higher floor shoplots. If normal shoplot with upstairs office will be very ok.

Current situations is most shop area in south Klang got very high demand and rent keep going up but phase 1 of BBT1 is declining

Yeap tat is a problem, with unit becoming foreign worker nest at some of the top floor unit. Owner did not band up together to make the place good..
One big issue is cable theft, always have cable cutting issues around that area. Some unit also become pigeon hole nest partition until kao kao..

Any details on Kaira Residences? Can't seem to find any other details. Same goes to BT Emporium.
