Too bad and you won't be able to fully utilise the speed of your SSD as the port connected to it has been capped by the manufacturer. You can log in into BIOS and check if it capable to allow you uncapped it or not.

I believe you're using Samsung 870 Evo SATA SSD 2.5". If yes, you don't have to border about SATA 2 or SATA 3 because your 2.5" Samsung 870 Evo SATA SSD is max speed of 560 MB/s and SATA 2 is capable of supporting speed up to 3 GB/s. Your Samsung 870 Evo SATA SSD is currently running around 20% of the max speed of SATA 2.
