hi everyone... i m new in hedgehog world... last week my parents just bought my younger bro a hedge name purpy white but my younger bro scared that the hedge will bite if he hold him... i just wish to know that izzit possible that hedge bite?? cos i wish to hold it too as the hedge is given to me by my bro since he so scare of it and i feel that hedge does have some feel on me when the hedge looking at me...so i hope i can get advise in here...

ya.. i guess so...i did tell him to do some research first before having one of the hedgie... umm...can hedgie reconize the name we usually call or not ar? can we train them??

cuz before i got sheimi (my male s&p), i went to my friend's house who has a male hedgie and his hedgie is quite smelly although the cage seemed a bit clean to me.. and when i got sheimi, he also has that quite strong smell... but when i went to my cousin's house, she has a female hedgie, the condition of the cage was quite like mine and my friend's, somehow my nose didn't caught dat kind of smell.. strange..
