QUOTE(Mr. Z @ Dec 14 2007, 04:37 PM) nah its not really painful, just a nip.. the worst bite would leave u with a faint bite marks only... i have never heard of hedgie bites which draws blood as for now.. The same cant be said for their quills though.. LOL yeah... I asked my friend how's it feel... cuz Ken Ken never bite me before but both of my friends got bite by him they said not really painful just like wad Mr. Z said ^^ but the quill.... sometimes it really painful when he pokes u if got sudden movement that makes him scared.. --edited-- Ken Ken likes being cuddle to sleep everytime when I took him out to play.. after run here n there he will stop to take a break.. and I just trying to cuddle him for a while... but he's fall asleep.. haha This post has been edited by muchan86: Dec 14 2007, 09:11 PM

Been almost 3 days never touch pc... That's all both joanne and I cannot reply/contribute into this thread... Thousand apologizes... As for now since knowing hedge hog doesn't really give a fatal bite... hmmm... I'll try to be more daring on handling spikey ... Really have to bring out all my courage and braveness... haha... Nowadays he's not as scared as he was last time... Normally when I went into my room, he's always hiding in his box... But recently he has been sleeping outside the box and he's not moving at all (I thought he's hibernating)... But one thing still the same about him is food... Once got food like cricket, all his fears is gone... Totally gone... All he do is hunting the cricket... Cute little fella... will upload more of his pictures and videos... =)

ya, we tried putting spikey on our lap... he just clumsily walk off our lap which was kinda itchy at first... but we kinda need to get use to it... he is seriously clumsy.. he ran all over the room and poo poo every where he walks.. he also went head on to matt's younger sister while she was helping him clean the box... she nearly jumped cause she wasn't expecting spikey to run straight into her leg.. she felt his nose and he was really cute...
oh ya, he's really crazy about crickets.. he can eat and eat and eat and eat all day long.. *we feed him maximum 5 crickets a day* hehe.. let's just hope that he'll soon come 'out' of his quills and play alongside us...
how often should we bath him?? and, we don't dare to cut his toe nails.. how ar? it's getting longer and longer.. is there anybody who can help us cut his nails? we have not seen it done before... >.< kinda worried that we'll hurt him if we were to 'experiment' cutting his nails...
